WE HAVE AN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY. NO REFUNDS AT THIS TIME.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Terramodern. Due to the size and structure of our business we can only offer exchanges at this time. In addition, at this time:

Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer an exchange for any order received in damaged condition. In the event that you received a damaged item or are missing an item from your order, please send us an email with all relevant information at support@terramodern.co.

Please make sure to include all relevant information like your reason for exchange, order number, item name, size and color so we can better assist you. Please allow us time to respond and make sure all your exchange needs are met.

Terms for exchanges:

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  • We will be responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping the exchange.

Shipping Exchanges

Once you have initiated your exchange by emailing us at: exchanges@terramodern.co we will provide you with a shipping address to mail in your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
